RESOLUTION A 1633 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON <br />Change in: Auditor's No. 5336 <br />Motion by: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the City Council of Mounds View, <br />adopted the Special Assessments for the Construction of <br />Auditor's No. 5336 were levied against the attached list of described <br />properties, said list made a part herein: <br />And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties havo been conveyed or <br />replatted and are described according to the attached list, and said list made <br />a part herein: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of Mounds View, <br />that the assessments for Auditor's No. 5336 aga_not the heretofore mentioned <br />proporties be correctly certified to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further' <br />collection in the amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part <br />herein. <br />Seconded by <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />Ayes <br />I, the undersigned being the duly qualified City Clerk of said City <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of Minutes of a meeting of the City Council of sadd City held on <br />19 at �'.M. with the original thereof on file in <br />my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar <br />as the same relates -to the changing of the assessments for Auditor's No. 5336 <br />because of tho conveyance of/or replatting of certain properties. <br />WITNESS my hand and seal of said City this day of <br />19 <br />Clerk, City of Mounds View <br />(SEAL) <br />
