He stated they <br />submitted a preliminary plat in 1980 and that the <br />moratorium ordinance went into effect in 1.981, <br />after the Council had acted on the preliminary plat. <br />This has stalled the project. <br />Mr. Miller stated that the purpose of the public <br />hearing tonight was for the Council to consider <br />amending the wetlands map, and he pointed out <br />that he had met with the Council on October 21, <br />1982 and told them the wetlands map was in error, <br />and he has continued to tell them that. <br />Mr. Miller asked that the Council be sure to take <br />into consideration his letter of October 20, 1983, <br />stating that he had reviewed the Braun Engineering <br />■ <br />
