CI'1'y OF MOUNDS VIEW 2401 Highway 10 Mounds View, Minnesota 95112 INVITATION_fo HiD The City of Mounds View, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 will he accepting hid proposals in the Parks and Recreation Department until LO:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 1983 at which time they will be open and read aloud. Instructions: Please quote promptly on the attached bid proposal form. The hid proposal form should be filled out completely including the firm delivery date as well as stating parts and labor warranty. In addition, the City is requesting that you ly municipalities which will he furnish three references, preLerab reviewed prior to awarding of the final contract. Terms: The City will he providing a purchase order to authorize the purchase with payment to be within forty -Live (45) days from the date the invoice is received. ALL HIDS must he accompanied by a cashier's or certified check directed to the City of Mounds View for 58 of the total bid proposal. In addition, should the proposed vehicle that you are bidding vary from the attached bid specifications, be sure to attach copies of the manufacturers data to substantiate tho bid specification differences. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the two lowest bidders for a period not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days after day and time set for the opening of the bids. The City Council also reserves the right to reject any and all bids and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
