MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and city Council <br />FROM: Engineering/Planning TcVhnicirur Fif- <br />DATE: December 1, 19113 <br />SOB.IECT: PROGRAMMED LAND REAPPORTIONMENT <br />Attached please find a revised assessment reapportionment for the <br />recent Programmed Land Subdivision which was figured using lot <br />square footages and not lot frontages as previously calculated. <br />These revised sheets are in response to the Council's concern as <br />voiced at the November 21st Agenda Session. Tt should be noted <br />that the figures given in the resolutions for Auditor's Number <br />1005 ($5,218.63) and for Auditor's Number 1408 ($10,069.07) are <br />on final assessment figures for Lot 2, Block 3, Programmed Land <br />1st Addition. These figures are not the current halances (amount <br />left to be paid). The current halances are as follows: <br />Auditor's Number 1005 $1,826.54 <br />Auditor's Number 1408 $1,006.91 <br />Reapportioning these "balance due" figures gives the following <br />amounts which will be assessed to each lot: <br />Auditor's Number 1005 <br />Auditor's Number 1408 <br />Total for Each Lot <br />Parcel <br />59-59510-010-01 <br />(Uotee!
