A rezoning from I-1 to B-3 (the property <br />officially rezoned to B-2 in conjunction with the the Silver <br />Lake Woods development. Although, as p <br />art ofcomprehensive rezonings presently being undertaken by the <br />City, a rezoning to B-2 is being recommended by the <br />Planning Commission. This is being done to bring the <br />zoning into conformance with what -aas conceptually approved <br />by the City Council as part of the Silver Lake Woods <br />development. <br />3. A conditional use permit for a convenience food <br />establishment. <br />4. An amendment to the P.U.D. approved for the Silver Lake <br />Woods development which denoted an office building for this <br />location. <br />5. Development Agreement approval. <br />Please refer to the staff report for zoning and minor subdivision <br />background information. Also take special note of the memo from <br />I the Director of Public Works/Community Develoment regarding the <br />on <br />traffic and what. impart the Burger King restaurant may have on the <br />traffic in the area. <br />
