W <br />Cn 3 <br />ADDENDUM <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />between the <br />MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />and <br />MR. DONALD PAULEY, CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />The Mounds View City Council hereby amends Section 2. of <br />the Memorandum of Understanding between the Mounds View City Council <br />and Mr. Donald Pauley, Clerk -Administrator, dated March 25, 1981, <br />adding the following: by <br />The City further agrees to deposit into the ICMA - <br />Retirement Corporation Deferred Compensation Program <br />in the name of Donald F. Pauley, the full amount <br />budgeted for the City's monthly insurance contribu- <br />tion for the Clerk -Administrator position. This <br />contribution is being made in consideration of <br />Mr. Pauley's election to waive health insurance <br />coverage as approved by Resolution No. 1665, <br />adopted on October 10, 1983.
