ORDINANCE NU. 356 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIED <br />COUNTY 01" RAMSEY <br />STATE OF NiNNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHAPTER 27 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "SPECIAL PROJECTS FUND" <br />The Council of the City of. Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />27.01 Definitions__ <br />Subdivision ment Projects. Projects which <br />are intended to acquire, construct, permanently modify or <br />Purchase assets of a long term character <br />which <br />hlare intended to <br />continue to be held or used, such <br />as s and <br />machinery. <br />Subdivision 2. Emer ene. . An emergency is an occurrence <br />where the public health, safety, and welfare is jeopardized, declared by a <br />where immediate action is necessary, and must be <br />4/5 vote of the entire Council. <br />Subdivision 3. Enterprise Fund. A fund established to <br />finance and account or. the. acquisition, operation, and <br />maintenance of govermental facilities which are entirely or <br />lf.-supporting by user charges.Exaandl <br />es of <br />predominantly seelectric <br />enterprise funds are those for water, sewer, gasgarages, and transit <br />utilities, swimming pools, airports, Parking 9 <br />stemq. <br />Subdivision 4.
