., DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 84-64 <br />EXHIBIT 2A <br />In addition to the foregoing conditions, Developer agrees to <br />the following: <br />1. Upon initial construction, a curb cut approximately <br />240 feet from the intersection of County Road I <br />and Highway 10 shall be used for all ingress and <br />egress traffic for the Burger King facility. <br />2. At such Lime as improvements to County Road I, <br />including center median, are completed, a second <br />curb may be constructed between the initially <br />constructed curb cut and the intersection of County <br />Road I and Highway 10, as shown on the attached site <br />plan. <br />3. During the one (1) year period following construction <br />of the second curb cut, should a traffic problem <br />arise as a result of this second curb cut, this <br />second curb cut will be closed and the area finished <br />similar to adjacent areas (landscaping, County Road I <br />improvements, etc.). <br />4.
