ORDINANCE NO, 355 t % <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL. CODE OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITL.ED, "ZONING" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 40.02, Subd. B, is amended by deleting <br />the following definitions: <br />(8) Boarding (House) Home - Foster Children. A family <br />dwelling where children out of their own homes are <br />cared for. <br />(23) Day Care - Home. A family dwelling in which foster <br />care, supervision and training of children of school <br />or pre-school age who are cared for during established <br />business hours. <br />(24) Da Care - Group Nursery. A service provided to the <br />public, in which children of school or pre-school age <br />are cared for during established business hours. <br />SECTION II. Chapter 40.02 is amended by adding the <br />following definitions in their proper numerical order and <br />renumbering all other definitions, as necessary: <br />(23) Day Care Facility. A facility as defined under Mn. <br />Statutes 295.782, Subd. 5. <br />(24) Day Care Facility, Licensed. A facility as defined <br />under Mn. Statutes 245.782, Subd. 5, as regulated by <br />Mn. Statutes 245.812, Subd. 3. <br />(91) Residential Facility. A facility as defined under <br />Me. Statutes 245.782, Subd. 6. <br />(92) Residential Facility, Licensed. A facility as defined <br />under Mn. Statutes 245.782, Subd. 6, as regulated by <br />Mn. Statutes 245.812, Subd. 3. <br />SECTION III. Chapter 40.07, Subd. H(2) is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />(2) Boarding House, Residential Facility (Non -licensed) <br />servingSix (6) or More Persons, Residential Facility, <br />Licensed, Serving Seven (7) or More Persons, <br />Fraternity House, and Sororit- Lly Ouse. At least two <br />(2) parking spaces for each three (3) persons for whom <br />accommodations are provided for sleeping. <br />
