C(4)a is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />a. involves employees other than persons residing on the <br />premises, except as allowed under Section 40.10, Subd. <br />B(2) or Section 40.11, Subd. E(2) <br />SECTION VII. Chapter 40.11, Subd. E(2) is amende to read as <br />follows: <br />{g}--Bay-Eare--- 8renp-Nursery-prmv#ded-tbato <br />(2) A day care facility (non -licensed) serving six (6) or <br />more person, a residential facility (non -licensed) <br />serving six (6) or more persons, a day care facility, <br />licensed. and as defined under Mn. Statutes 245.782, <br />Subd. 5, serving eleven ill; or more persons or a <br />residential facility, licensed, and as defined under <br />Mn. Statutes 245.782, Subd. 6, serving seven (7) or <br />more persons provided that: <br />_ a--Ne-evern3ght-€ae3}�t#es-are-prev#sled-far-the <br />ehf-ldren-served.---ek4ldren-are-delivered-and <br />remeved-de4� U <br />a. b- The front yard depth shall he a minimum of thirty <br />(30) feet. <br />b. e. Not less than forty (40) square feet of outside <br />playspace per child shall be provided and that such <br />space be suitably fenced and/or screeuied in <br />accordance with conditions as may be specified by <br />the City Council. <br />C. d- Adequate off-street parking and access is provided <br />in compliance with Section 40.07 of the Code. <br />d. e. Adequate off-street loading and service entrances <br />are provided in compliance wiht Section 40.08 of <br />this Code. <br />e. €- The site and related parking and service shall be <br />served by an arterial or collector street of <br />sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic <br />which wil be generated. <br />f. g: All signing and informational or visual communica- <br />tion devices shall be in compliance with the Mounds <br />View Sign Code (Chapter 39). <br />g_ h- The provision of Section 40.25, Subd. A(5) of this <br />Code are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />
