RESOLUTION NO. 1711 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RN1SEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION REFUNDING REFUNDABLE PLANNING APPLICATION <br />FEES FOR PLANNING CASE 128-83, LEONARD BABINSKI <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Leonard Babinski requested major subdivision <br />and rezoning approval for the property located between Edgewood <br />Drive and Greenfield Avenue north of Bronson Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, approximately 3 months have elapsed since Mr. <br />Babinski's last correspondence with the City regarding his <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to close planning files on all <br />inactive planning applications; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Babinski has submitted $1,100.00 in refund- <br />able fees, of which $767.92 have not been expended; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes the refund of the additional fees not spent <br />in the amount of $767.92 and authorizes the closing of this <br />planning application file. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 27th day of February, 1984. <br />MAYOR <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
