Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on January 23, 1984. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: COunCilmembers Linke, Hankner, 2. Roll Call <br />Blanchard, Doty and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />A ministrator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to approve the January 3. Approval of <br />9, minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />January 9, 1984 <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Frank Gabrysh, 2,832 County Road J, asked if any- 4. Residents Re - <br />thing different was being done to the water, as his quests and <br />smelled of chlorine and was very foul. Clerk/ Comments from <br />Administrator Pauley replied that a new chlorine the Floor <br />tank was started, and it can sometimes take awhile <br />for it to distribute evenly. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that someone from the water <br />department go over and obtain a sample. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Blanchard to approve the con- 5. Approval of <br />sent agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of. Consent Agenda <br />the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to have the first 6. 1st Reading of <br />rea ng o rdinance No. 355, amending the Municipal Ord. No. 355 <br />Code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 40 entitled, <br />"Zoning", and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
