LOCAL GOVERNMENT - FUNDING LEVELS IIOI•fESTEAD CREDIT <br />MLC and its consultants will follow this closely and urge passage of <br />funding the deficiency. Existing formula will be reexamined in 1985. <br />Legislation should be sought in 1984 to freeze formula for 1984 budget <br />year,and further that reductions or increases currently scheduled for <br />1985 should not be made and distribution should be identical to 1984. <br />React to specific proposals and develop MLC proposals as necessary. <br />
