With your approval, staff <br />will draft the necessary resolution and cover letter in which to <br />formally request access to Highway in for Planning District 2. <br />Staff trusts that we have acted with your approval to date and <br />request any specific direction other than the norm for the <br />drafting of the resolution and cover letter for the access <br />request. The development• proposal in its entire state will come <br />to you at a later date after an approved access is granted by <br />Mn/DOT. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff to draft Resolution and rover <br />letter --for requesting full median access for Trunk Highway <br />10 between County Road H and County Road H-2 and give any other <br />specific direction if necesary. <br />SAR/bc <br />
