Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on February 27, 1984. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty and Linke, and 2. Roll Call <br />Mayor McCarty. <br />It was noted Councilmembers Hankner and Blanchard <br />were absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Rushton and Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Fauley. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the presents- 3. No, 1719 <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Doty to approve Resolution <br />0— ITI9. — <br />3 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Mayor McCarty presented Resolution No. 1719 to <br />Mr. Pomerleau and congratulated him on behalf of <br />the Council. <br />Mayor McCarty read the <br />proclamation, <br />declaring <br />5. Adoption and <br />Mardi 2, 1984 as Jerry <br />Pomerleau Day <br />in Mounds <br />Presentation of <br />View, and presented the <br />proclamation <br />to Mr. <br />Proclamation fo <br />Pomerleau. <br />Jerry Pomerleau <br />Day <br />Ed Latender, President <br />of the Mounds <br />View Jaycees, <br />thanked the Council for <br />their recognition of <br />Mr. Pomerleau's achievements. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to approve the February 6.
