Mounds View City Council February 13, 1984 <br />Regular Meeting Page Eight <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />to attend the planning meeting either, as he would <br />be attending the Ramsey County League meeting. <br />Councilmember Hankner reported she would not be <br />able to attend the meeting either. <br />v <br />Mayor McCarty had no report. <br />J <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported he had received 15. Report of <br />a call from Ed Latender, informing him that Jerry Administrator <br />Pomerleau of the Jaycee's had been appointed a <br />United Stated Jaycee Ambassador, which is the <br />highest appointment possible. It was agreed to <br />recognize Mr. Pomerleau's achievement with both <br />a resolution and a Jerry Pomerleau day. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported the City Clerks <br />of Ramsey County have been exploring completely <br />automating election voter registration records, <br />and explained the benefit it would to provide to <br />the City. He added that the cost to Mounds View <br />would be $150.32. <br />Motion/Second: McCarty/Linke to authorize Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley to indicate to the County <br />that the City would like to proceed with computer- <br />izing election voter registration records. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley updated the Council on <br />the status of court consolidation, and stated it <br />would be on the agenda for discussion at the <br />next agenda meeting. <br />Motion/Second; Doty/Blanchard to adjourn the meeting 16 <br />at�3,Ff:— <br />5 ayes 0 nave <br />Adjournment <br />Motion Carried <br />0 <br />
