CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW <br />COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY & PHYSICAL DAMAGE <br />1. Limit of Liability: $500,000/CSL - Bodily Injury & Property Damage <br />2. Coverage required for all owned, hired and non -owned automobiles anywhere <br />in the U.S.A. (Hired and non -owned automobiles on "if any" basis.) <br />3. Uninsured Motorist Insurance: Limit - $50,00o <br />Underinsured Motorist Insurance: Limit - $50,000 <br />4. Personal Injury Protection Coverage (no-fault) <br />5. Coverage to Include all City employees as well as any other volunteers <br />acting or deemed to 'be on behalf of the City. <br />6. Waiver of .Irymunity Endorsement to be included. <br />7. Fleet Physical Damage: <br />(a) Comprehensive Coverage - on all vehicles with $100 deductible <br />(b) Collision Coverage - on all vehicles with $250 deductible <br />(c) All physical damage coverage to be on "ACV" basis <br />8. Automatic coverage on all vehicles - owned, hired and non -owned <br />9. See next page for vehicle schedule <br />10. Non -awned snowmobile coverage <br />11. Coverage is provided for any employee or volunteer using a vehicle not owned, <br />rented or borrowed by the City, while using the vehicle for City business, <br />or the City's personal affairs. The endorsement will provide the same excess <br />coverage to the employee or volunteer that the policy providos to the employer. <br />12. Include coverage for two-way radios in fire, police and all other vehicles. <br />
