The plans called for a 5000+ <br />Sq. Ft, office/retail building. That plan was approved by the city <br />council and the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />Because of economic uncertainty as well as high interest rates, we were <br />unable to start construction of the building in 1982 or 1983. <br />We would like to begin construction of the building this year. Our <br />schedule calls for us to begin in June of 1984 with completion by <br />Oct. I, 1984. <br />We are requesting an updated approval of our building and site plan. <br />Please call if any additional information is needed. <br />
