The office of Chair shall be elected by directors of the Commission <br />and must be an elected official. The Vice -Chair shall be elect <br />by directors of the Commission and must be an appointed official. <br />The Secretary -Treasurer shall be elected by directors of the <br />Commission and must be an appointed official. <br />Section 2. The Chair shall be the chief presiding officer of <br />the Commission. The Chair shall preside at all meetings of the <br />uvatu. iue wall 5ua11 have eP iiiidiy ivi 5cci5y uu.t <br />all orders and resolutions of the Board are carried into effect. <br />The Chair shall be an ex-officio member of all committees and shall <br />have the general powers and duties of supervision and management <br />usually vested in the office of president. <br />Section 3. The Vice -Chair shall, in the absence or disability <br />of the Chair, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the 1 <br />Chair and shall perform such other duties as the Board shall or <br />prescribe. <br />Section 4. The Secretary -Treasurer shall attend all sessions <br />of the Board and cause to be recorded all votes and the minutes <br />of all proceedings in a minute book kept for that purpose. Such <br />written record shall routinely be filed with the Members. The <br />Secretary -Treasurer shall cause to be given .notice cf all mcctingc <br />of the Board and of committees, and shall perform such other duties <br />as may be prescribed by the Board. <br />Section 5. The Secretary -Treasurer shall have responsibility <br />for overseeing all funds and other valuable effects of the Commission <br />The Secretary -Treasurer shall oversee the disbursements of the funds <br />of the Commission, as ordered by the Board, taking the proper <br />- 4 - <br />
