Remove Fairchi Avenue P Improvema from Table Consideration of Planning Commission Recommendation Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed Staff's recom- mendation that the easement vacation for the Gale/Yost Addition be tabled until April 9, 1984, and that on April 2, the City Council consider development agreement requirement and project approval, which would indicate the portion on Fairchild necessary for public right-of-way for the proposed development. Motion/Second: McCarty/Hankner to continue the Gale/ Yost A ition preliminary plat until April 2, 1984, with the easement conditions to be considered on April 9, 1984. 5 ayes 0 nays Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and opened the Christopher Companies public hearing at 7:41 PM.
