RESERVIOR AND REPAINTING <br />EXISTING 500,000 GALLON WATER TOWER <br />Attached please find a copy of the tabulation of bids and <br />recommendation of award from Patrick J. Lehman, T.X.D.A. <br />Mr. Lehman recommends awarding exterior repairs of the 2 m.g. <br />reservior to Graham's Contracting Company. Graham's <br />Contracting CO.'s bid is for $15,200.00. The budget is <br />$55,000.00. <br />Mr. Lehman recommends awarding repainting existing 500,000 <br />gallon water tower to Odland Protective Coatings, Inc. <br />Mr. Lehman recommends awarding the alternative bid which is <br />for exterior paint roller application. Odland Protective <br />Coatings,Inc.'s bid is $36,840.00. The budget for this item <br />is $32,000.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff concurs with the recommendations as <br />presented by T.X.D.A.
