As part of this event, <br />the recipients of the TREE CITY USA award will be recognized <br />ty the Governor or by a representative of his office. Since <br />your city is one of the award winners, I am inviting you and <br />all other interested municipal officials to attend the <br />ceremony. <br />There will be a tree planting and other Arbor Day activities <br />so it should prove to be an interesting event. The actual <br />ceremony is scheduled to begin at noon, but the city <br />representatives will be asked to come earlier so the award <br />presentation can be organized. Although you will be <br />notified at a later date when and where to report, I would <br />appreciate knowing if you and/or anyone from your city will <br />be attending.
