I1 <br />April 13, 1984 <br />Re: The need for a street lamp <br />at 8392 Pleasant View Drive <br />We, the undersigned, feel there is a need for a street lamp <br />at 8392 Pleasant Virw Drive for the following reasons: <br />1. To provide safety for our children, numbering twenty between <br />8391 and 8444 Pleasant View Drive. <br />2. To deter break-ins, of which there have been five in the <br />last three years. <br />3. To deter pranks, i.e. people driving cars on our lawns; to <br />deter parking and drinking on the street, and for the safety <br />of autos parked on the street.
