RESOLUTION NO. 1733 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF itINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />S.A.P. 146-229-03 FROM COUNTY ROAD 1 TO HILLVIEW ROAD <br />IN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />THIS RESOLUTION passed this day of lg <br />by the City of Mounds View in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The <br />Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 229 <br />(Quincy Street)from County Road I to Hillview Road, and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid <br />Funds on the improvement of this Street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width <br />for parking on both sides of the street approval of the proposed <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore <br />be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a <br />necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a <br />Municipal State Aid project in the "City", has been determined. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the "City" shall <br />ban the parking of motor vehicles on the west side of MSAS 229 <br />(Quincy Street)at all times. <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this day of 1983. <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
