She <br />explained that she did not have any information or know <br />anything about the candidates qualifications. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained he was aware that <br />some members of the Council desired to have background <br />information on the candidates, and he passed that <br />along to the Civil Service Commission, but they chose <br />not to provide that information to the Council. <br />Director Thatcher reported the MSA plans and specs should 11.
