Call to Order <br />McCarty at 5:42 p.m. on April 30, 1984. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Linke <br />Hankner, Blanchard and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk/Administrator Pauley, Finance <br />Director Brager and Risk Management Consultant <br />Brian Colway. <br />Finance Director Brager and Risk Management Con- <br />sultant Brian Colway presented a report to the <br />Council on the bids received for the City's <br />Property/Casualty Insurance. The report, dated <br />April 26, 1984, outlined the four bids received <br />and contained a recommendation from Colway for <br />acceptance of the low bid from Transcontinental <br />Brokers/Home Insurance. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to accept the low <br />bid of $29,175 from Trancontinental Brokers, Inc. <br />with Home, Great Southwest and Western World <br />Insurance Companies including the alternative <br />bid for Public Official's Liability coverage <br />from Western World Insurance Company. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Blanchard to adjourn the <br />meeting at 6:15 p.m. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />2.
