I RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />(DRAFT; <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1985 BUDGET CALENDAR <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter prescribes the requirements <br />for a Budget Calendar under 7.04; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the requirements of <br />that section - 7.04 and determined the following: <br />21 June 1984 - Staffing Recommendations to Clerk - <br />Administrator <br />2 July 1984 - Staff submit recommendations for <br />staffing for 1984 to Council <br />Week of June 25, 1984 - Department Heads first round <br />departmental budget meetings with <br />Administrator and Finance Director <br />9 July 1984 - Staff submit review of adequacy of <br />license and permit fees and <br />recommendations to Council for <br />review <br />9 July 1984 - Revenue Estimates submitted to <br />Council <br />9 July 1984 - Staff submits first draft of <br />departmental budgets to Council <br />Week of July 16, 1984 - Department Heads second round <br />departmental budget meetings with <br />Administrator and Finance Director <br />6 August 1984 - Staff submit revenue sharing <br />recommendations to Council <br />6 August 1984 - Staff submits and reviews with <br />Council second draft of <br />departmental budgets <br />20 August 1984 - Staff submit utility budget and <br />rate recommendations to Council <br />20 August 1984 - Staff submit Preliminary Budgets <br />to Council for review <br />
