The 1984 program had received Commission approval <br />and Metropolitan Council review previously, however due to modifications <br />since that action the remaining items were presented along with the 1985 <br />program.. A copy of the programs with sketches indicating the areas of <br />construction is attached. <br />The relationship of these proposed projects to a five-year plan is indicated <br />on our five-year Capital Improvement Plan (1986-1990) which is also attached <br />for your information. <br />If you should desire further information, do not hesitate to contact our office. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CW Lawrence E.
