MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council �/{ <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community DevelopmeJF 4. <br />DATE: June 18, 1984 /J"���/ <br />SUBJECT: HEARING FOR JUNE 25, 1984 <br />This memo is provided for information only and summarizes the <br />hearings scheduled for June 25, 1984. <br />Enclosed please find a partial map of the City indicating the <br />locations of the rezonings. Please note that the properties <br />are not located on Highway 10. <br />7:45 p.m. Public Hearing - 7801 Silver Lake Road <br />The property is designated as mixed uses Planned Unit Development <br />by the Comprehensive Plan. The existing zoning is R-2 and the <br />Planning Commission recommends a zoning of B-2. There is a single <br />family house existing on the property. <br />r8:00 p.m. Public Hearing - 7373 Knollwood Drive <br />The property is designated low density by the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The existing zoning is R-2 and the Planning Commission recommends <br />a zoning of R-1. There is a single family house existing on the <br />lot. <br />8:15 p.m. Public Hearing - 2752 County Road H-2 <br />The Comprehensive Plan designates this land for low density use. <br />The existing zoning is R-3 and the Planning Commission recommends <br />an R-2 zoning. A large house exists on the site. I couldA tell <br />from a drive by inspection if the house has a single family or <br />a duplex usage. <br />30 a.m. Public Hearing - 5045/47_,_ 5055/57, 5061/6 <br />This zoning change was requested by the property owners. The Land <br />is designated for low density use by the Comprehensive Plan. The <br />existing zoning is R-1 and the zoning recommended by the Planning <br />Commission is R-2. Presently, there is a Double Bungalow on each <br />lot. <br />
