J <br />Mayor Johnson asked Engineer Bearden to review the proposed improvement <br />project. <br />Engineer Bearden said Council had instructed him to prepare a study <br />for an emergency exit to the Mounds view Mobile HOW Park. He read <br />the feasibility Study. <br />Mr. Gerald Pittman, 5379 Raymond Avenuesaid it is a very good idea <br />, <br />to have an emergency exit, and it should have Lecn installed along <br />time ago. <br />Engineer Bearden explained that Council policy would be to assess the <br />cost against the Mobile Home Park. <br />Delores Peterson, 2133 Belle Lane, asked why this exit is necessary. <br />� Mayor Johnson said during the tornado this past string, <br />some emergency <br />ie1 crews got into the mobile home park and were marooned for the ehours <br />and could not get out because the power line was blocking <br />one and <br />only exit. <br />Mr. Al don Johnson, owner of tile park <br />firstdbulltnow theylraskedbthefCityd <br />the park.
