Second Reading <br />the owner of Pinecrest Properties. and Adoption of <br />Ordinance No. <br />Glen VanWgrmer, a traffic engineer with Short- 368 <br />Elliott -.Hendrickson, reviewed the proposed plan for <br />Pinecrest" Properties, specifically the traffic flow -� <br />patterns and the landscaping and berming plans. He <br />stated that they are proposing a full median opening <br />on Highway 10 between County Road H and County Road H2. <br />Mr. Balch made a presentation of the type of buildings <br />that might be constructed in the development. <br />Mary Bixler, 2235 County Road H2, asked what type of <br />industry was proposed. <br />Mr. Balch replied they will be developing the land <br />and selling the lots, and they do not know at this <br />time what would go in, but they believe it will be <br />mostly offices and warehouse type buildings. He <br />added they hope to sell some property and possibly <br />build two or three buildings yet in 1984. <br />Ms. Bixler stated she wds opposed to a light industrial <br />development. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to have the'second reading <br />and adoption or Ordinance No. 368, amending the Muni- <br />cipal Code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 41 <br />entitled "Specific Rezonings", and waive the reading. <br />Councilmember Blanchard - aye <br />Councilmember Doty - aye <br />Councilmember Linke - aye <br />Mayor McCarty - aye Motion Carried <br />
