That being the case I requested that <br />Mr. Biswanger appear before the Council at your July 16 Agenda <br />Session to state his position in this matter in order that you <br />might receive as it would both sides of the story. <br />It would appear from my conversations with Mr. Biswanger that <br />no compromiEe can be reached on this matter except for Mr. Granroth <br />agreeing to one of the two counterproposals offered by Mr. Biswanger <br />through Sergeant Smith. I will be contacting Mr. Granroth and <br />.. et <br />advising him of the fact that this item will :,c ..�..a_ .......__.... it--M <br />on your Agenda on July 16 and inviting him to attend the meeting. <br />Should you have any further direction to City Staff or require <br />any other information on this matter we would be more than happy <br />to do so prior to your July 16 meeting.
