The access must be right in -right out only with appropriate <br />channelization. <br />2. Mn/DOT must review the internal street system prior to approval <br />and construction of either the Woodale Avenue or Raymond Avenue <br />access. <br />3. The City must acquire access control from Pi.necrest Addition <br />along T.H. 10. <br />4. The City will make a committment to acquire other access control or <br />restrict access as much as is practicable for the remainder of <br />T.H. 10 between County Road H and H-2.
