We, the undersigned residents of Houndsview, do not wish the zoning to b <br />changed from R-1 to R-3 on the property along the south aide of County Road <br />between Sunnyside Road and Long Lake Road, as well as the prop2rty bounded by <br />Long Lake Road, Ridge Lane, Greenwood Drive, and County Road H (Red Oak Estates <br />No. 3, Subj to east; common area interest in Lot 73 and 74, Block 11 attributable <br />to the fallowing: 1-521 and 59-721) and (Red Oak Estates, Lotil, Block 1), <br />We believe the building of multiple housing would change the charactor of <br />our neighborhood, and is not in keeping with the spirit and intent of the <br />Xomprehensive Plan.
