We, the undersigned residents of Moundsview, do not wish the zoning to b <br />changed from R-1 to R-3 on the property along the south aide of County Road IF <br />between Sunnyside Road and Long Lmko Road, as well as the prop rty bounded by <br />Long Lake Road, Ridge Lane, Greenwood Drive, and County Road H- (Red Oak Estates <br />No. 3, Subj to eset; common area interest in Lot 73 and 74, Block 1, attributable <br />to the following: 1-521 and 59-721) and (Ped Oak Estates, Lot.1, Block 1). <br />We believe the building of multiple housing would change the charactor of <br />c!ir neighborhood, and is not in keeping with the spirit and intent of the <br />Xomprehensive Plan.
