A� <br />W <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCILV� <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR/� j <br />DATE: AUGUST 1, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: 1984 SALARY STRUCTURE <br />While performing an analysis of the salaries currently paid the <br />City's non -union employees, it was brought to my attention that <br />the City Council did not, as has been the past practice since the <br />adoption of the Salary Administration and Performance Review <br />Program, adopt a salary structure for calendar year 1984. <br />Attached to this memorandum please find a proposed salary <br />structure for 1984 which reflects the across the board 38 <br />increase given to all non -union City employees in 1984. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff would recommend Council direct the <br />preparation of a resolution adopting this salary structure <br />for calendar year 1984. <br />DP/mjs <br />Attachment: <br />
