A,yn 1 <br />PROPOSED RkSOLRlrICN <br />Resolved, City of Moundsview retain Grant J. Merritt to appose the master <br />plan for the Anoka County Airport. <br />Mr. Merritt will report directly to the city council and be given a goal as <br />of August 28, 1984. <br />The goal is no physical change at this airport- airport remains as is. <br />A $200,000 limit be placed on Mr. Merrit's legal services, including consultant <br />services for a one year period from September 1, 1984 through October 1, 1985. <br />Services will include but not be limited to the following as directed by <br />the city; <br />1) Representation before governmental agencies, courts and the Minnesota <br />legislature; <br />2) Conferences with neighboring camiunity organizations; <br />3) Preperation for appearances; <br />4) Conferences with city council staff and attorneys, <br />5) Memoranda regarding the enviramental effects of the proposed Anoka County <br />Airport Expansion. <br />6) Able to retain consultants and other expert witnesses as required. <br />rim"Of" Mw <br />Presented by Dennis J.
