Mounds View City Council <br />August 13, 1984 <br />Regular Meeting <br />Page Two <br />- ----------------------^------------------- <br />Councilmember Hankner stated that in reviewing the <br />Planning Commission minutes of August 1, the <br />Commissioners had not acted on the resolution yet, <br />but had placed it on their August 15 agenda. She <br />also noted it would be inappropriate to consider any <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan until they have <br />had their review of the Highway 10 corridor. <br />Motion Second: Hankner/Linke to table Item C until <br />they have tied a complete review. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Mayor McCarty noted the Planning Commission often <br />forwards resolutions to the Council without formally <br />adopting, to speed up procedures, and if this one is <br />halted, they would have to do that to others too. <br />Councilmember Hankner replied that the Planning <br />Commission had taken no action at all. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the Planning <br />Commission should vote on a motion to direct Staff to <br />prepare a resolution, if they are not voting on the <br />actual resolution itself.. <br />Motion/Second: Linke/Blanchard to have the second <br />8. 2nd Reading and <br />reading andadoption of Ordinance No. 378, amending <br />Adoption of <br />the Municipal Code of the City of Mounds View by <br />Ord.
