MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 118-84 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF DEVELOPMENT REVIEW OF 5-UNIT <br />GARAGE AT 5701 QUINCY STREET <br />WHEREAS, the owner of 5701 Quincy Street, Frank Lapatka, <br />has requested approval to construct a 5-unit garage on said <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code Chapter 59.07 requires <br />a formal development review of said proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the property at 5701 Quincy Street is presently <br />zoned R-3 and has an existing 4-unit apartment building built <br />thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the proposed 5-unit garage <br />would provide for garage spaces now required by Code and still <br />provide needed outdoor parking as required by Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed 5-unit garage meets minimum setback <br />requirements on the lot proper; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the requested 5-unit <br />garage to be located at 5101 Quincy Street to the Mounds View <br />City Council; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the 5-unit garage as an accessory <br />building and that a development agreement and/or security not be <br />required. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 5th day of September, 1984. <br />Chairman <br />Director of Public Works <br />Community Development <br />41 <br />
