Now that the system is nearing completion, <br />the Commission would benefit by new vistas which <br />give them comparative views of all facets of <br />operations. <br />1.2 Organization Dues <br />I propose this to be used for identifying expenditures 3,500 <br />such as membership in NOTOA, NFLCP, MACTA, and Metro <br />Regional Interconnect. <br />2.1 Salary of Administrator <br />This amount includes ,11 Federal Tax) and <br />38,500 <br />2.12 (State Tax). If Falcon Heights <br />City Government goes to computers, much of <br />the typing can be done by the Administrator. <br />2.311 Postage <br />The need for postage may be affected by the 750 <br />acquisition of a postage meter by Falcon <br />Heights. I can see no reason other than that <br />for a change in the postage expense. A <br />projected increase is to prepare for a postage <br />rate increase. <br />
