The financial contributions of the members in support of <br />the Cahmission shall be in the same proportion as the members' votes on the <br />Commission in accordance with the annual hKW of the CmMissien. The annual <br />budget shall establish the contribution of each imambec for the ensuing year and <br />a timetable for the payment of said contribution. At such time as the first <br />annual franchise fee is paid to the member cities, the commission may reevaluate <br />the proportion of the contributions to the Commission. The remainder of any <br />franchise fee paid to the member by Grantee shall be used for cable -related <br />expenses. Prior to the collection of franchise fees adequate to cover expenses, <br />the Grantee, as a prepayment of the initial franchise fee shall reimburse mgo-- <br />bars and the Commission for all cable -related expenditures. <br />Section 1.
