I <br />40.L5 <br />/ con,!ttion,,l use, the City Council may impose, in <br />adfli,.ii)n try those standards and roquirements <br />expressly specified by this Code, additional cundi- <br />tions which the City Council considers nuce.ssary to <br />prolect the best interest of the surrounding area or <br />the community as a whole. These conditions may <br />include, but are not limited to Lhe following; <br />a. Increasing the required lot size or yard <br />dimension. <br />h. Limiting the height, size, or location of <br />buildings. <br />C. Controlling the location and number of vehicle <br />access points. <br />d. Increasing the street.width. <br />e. Increasing the number of required off-street <br />parking spaces, <br />f. Limiting the number, size, location or lighting of <br />signs. <br />g. Requiring diking, fencing, screening, landscaping <br />or other facilities to protect adjacent and nearby <br />property. <br />h. Designating sites for open space. <br />The Zoning Administrator shall maintain a record of <br />all conditional use permits issued including infor- <br />mation on the use, location, and conditions imposed <br />by the City Council; time limits, review dates and <br />such other information as may be appropriate. <br />(4) Reconsideration. Whenever an application for a <br />conditional use permit has been considered and denied <br />by the City Council, a similar application for a <br />conditional use permit affecting substantially the <br />same property shall not be considered again by the <br />Planning Commission or City Council for aL least six <br />(6) months from the date of its denial; and a subse- <br />quent application affecting substantially the same <br />property shall likewise not be considered again by <br />Lhe Planning Commission or City Council for an <br />additional six (6) months from the date of the second <br />denial unless a decision to reconsider such matter is <br />made by not less than four -fifths (4/5) vote of the <br />City Council. <br />- 106 - <br />
