RESOLUTION NO. 1803 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 84-69 <br />WITH BOB KOLSTROM, PLANNING CASE NO. 159-84 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code requires develop- <br />ment review for the construction of a two-family structures; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Bob Kolstrom, proposes to build a <br />a two-family structure on a lot zoned R-2 at 2716/2720 County Road <br />J and subdivide it for zero lot line purposes and separate <br />ownership; and <br />WHEREAS, the the applicant's proposalMounds and lrecommended approval ew Planning oinhResolution <br />d <br />No. 119-84 with conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, the conditions include the following for Develop- <br />ment Agreement No. 84-69: <br />�-. I. Rice Creek Watershed District approval. <br />i <br />2. Furnish to the City a 15 foot drainage easement <br />on the west side of the property and a 15 foot <br />drainage easement on the east side of the property. <br />3. Adhere to Ramsey County drainage requirements. <br />4. Exhibits to include: <br />a. Plans and specifications for development, <br />b. Site plan. <br />C. Ordinance No. 49 drainage requirements. <br />d. Ordinance No. 49A security ($1,000.00) <br />e. $1,000.00 development agreement security. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View directs its Clerk -Administrator and Mayor to <br />execute Development Agreement No. 84-69 with the above considera- <br />tions with Bob Kolstrom. <br />Adopted this 24th day of September, 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />(� Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
