Consideration <br />for the aquatics director for 1984-85. of Aquatics <br />Director 1984-85 <br />Councilmember Linke expressed concern over the Contract <br />percentage proposed for the aquatic director versus <br />other city employees for a salary increase, as well <br />as a reduction in hours. <br />Park Director Anderson explained it was an 11% increase, <br />and clarified the hour reduction. <br />Mayor McCarty pointed out she has nearly department <br />head status responsibility and this was a new program <br />and she had been at a low salary. <br />
