If no list is submitted, the County Board will proceed to appoint <br />a manager through its "open appointment" process. <br />This letter is a reminder that the term of Diane Harstad, presently a member <br />of the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers, will expire on <br />January 17, 1985. Ms. Harstad is a resident of New Brighton. If the ten <br />affected municipalities listed below wish to submit a list of nominees for <br />consideration by the County Board, your joint or separate lists should be <br />sent to me prior to November 17, 1984. (Ms. Harstad's name may be submitted <br />as a nominee for reappointment). 'he County Board is then required to act <br />upon an appointment by December 17, 1984.
