Project) <br />Gentlemen: <br />At the request of Kinder -Care Learning Centers, Inc., we have conducted a <br />study of the economic feasibility of the proposal that the City of Mounds View <br />issue one or oiore of its revenue bonds under the provisions of the Minnesota <br />Municipal Industrial Development Act to provide funds for the acquisition and <br />construction of a child learning and day-care facility located within the City <br />of Mounds View, to be owned by Kinder -Care Learning Centers, Inc. <br />Our study has led us to the conclusion that on the Sasis of current financial <br />conditions, the Project is economically feasible and the revenue bond(s) of the <br />City can be successfully issued and sold. <br />We understand a copy of this letter will be forwarded by the Mayor of <br />Mounds View to the Minnesota Energy and Economic Development Authority of the <br />State of Minnesota to serve as the letter of feasibility required by the Authority. <br />V1e/^///ry truly yours, ((//11�1' <br />Richard J.
