MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council �( <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development / <br />DATE: November 16, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: LAND WHICH FORFEITED TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ON AUGUST 22, 1984 FOR NON-PAYMENT OF REAL <br />ESTATE TAXES <br />Attached please find the following: <br />1) Letter from the Department of Taxation and Records <br />Administration dated October 24, 1984 <br />2) Ramsey County Commissioner's Resolution No. 84-760 <br />3) Certification list which has only one lot labeled <br />as Rosenquist Addition Outlot A, Code #59-64000-010-03 <br />4) Suggested resolution form <br />5) Location map <br />6) Copy of the plat showing the Outlot A size of approxi- <br />mately 80 feet by 69 feet <br />The County has declared the property non -conservation lands and <br />asks our approval of the classification and sale of the property <br />involved. We do not need the property for storm sewer improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the property be declared <br />non -conservation lands and approve the sale of the property. <br />SWT/bc <br />Attachments <br />
