Approval of <br />agenda, minus the Country Inn Restaurant on Item K, <br />Consent Agenda <br />and waive the reading of the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Doty asked whether the outstanding <br />water and sewer bill for the Country Inn had been <br />resolved yet. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied it had not, but <br />the Inn is under new ownership, and they have been <br />advised of the outstanding utility bill. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Hankner to approve the license <br />or the Country Inn Restaurant, under Item K, and <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to have the first reading 7. 1st Reading and <br />o�No. 382 adopting the 1984 Long Term Adoption o£ <br />Financial Plan, and waive the reading.. Market Service <br />Terry Shyster, of Group W Cable, Inc., reviewed <br />the amended agreement from Group W, which basically <br />changes the number of channels being offered, with <br />no change in price. He stated that because discussions <br />on the pricing are still going on, they would like to <br />get approval to begin marketing at this time and work <br />out the arrangements on the amended agreement, <br />
