2 <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: CLRRK-ADMINISTRATOR �f <br />DATE: NOVEMBER 15, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: AMENDMENTS TO RESOLUTIONS SETTING GUIDELINES FOR <br />ISSUANCE OF TAX EXEMPT INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />BONDS AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />Pursuant to previous Council direction, Staff prepared <br />amendments to the original resolutions estabishing <br />guidelines for the issuance of tax exempt industrial <br />development bonds and tax increment financing in the City of <br />Mounds View. These draft amendments have been submitted to <br />City Attorney Meyers for his review and he has advised me <br />that they are acceptable to him. Also included with this <br />packet of information is a proposed industrial revenue bond <br />request form to be used by individuals wishing to receive <br />consideration for industrial development bond financing. <br />Staff would request that you would review these proposed <br />modifications and the application form and advise me of your <br />positions with respect to them. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
