TO: Mayor, City Council, and Clerk -Administrator <br />FROM: Police Chief <br />DATE: June 28, 1984 <br />RE: PROHIBITION OF NIGHTIME PARKING ON CITY STREETS <br />I have reviewed Planning Commission Resolution B 105-84 regarding <br />the prohibition of nightime parking on City streets. <br />I am in total agreement with the resolution and suggest to the <br />City Council to consider drafting an ordinance prohibiting n•ightime <br />parking (between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM) on City streets. <br />j <br />
